Yes! In order to create a better shopping experience for our customers, we only allow orders from registered users. Registration is absolutely free! This way we can reward you in the future for being a loyal customer!
Do you provide any warranty?
Yes, most of our products are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty periods are mentioned on each product page. You can also confirm the warranty's by calling us or messaging us on whatsapp at 0348-111-4445.
Shipping and Delivery
Where can you ship your products?
We can ship our products all over Pakistan! We offer our own Cash on Delivery (C.O.D) services in Lahore, and for all other locations we employ the services of Daewoo and Leopards Courier.
When will my product be delivered?
We try our best to ship the product the same business day the payment is confirmed. Generally products arrive at your doorstep within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation. This may vary depending on the time and day you place your order.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping cost depends on multiple things:
1. Payment method. There is a cash handling charge associated with COD order so that get's added on to any order placed with the COD method.
2. Shipping method. For some heavier products you may see the option of overland or express shipping. Overland generally takes 3-5 business days to arrive and is cheaper, whereas the express shipping takes 2-3 business days and is more expensive.
3. Product weight. Heavier products are more expensive to ship, thus their shipping charges are higher as well.
What are my payment options?
PakDukaan, currently, offers three forms of payment methods: Bank wire transfer, Cash on Delivery (C.O.D), EasyPaisa or Jazzcash, Kalpay (installments) and in store payment (Lahore only).
Do you negotiate on prices?
No. All of our listed prices are fixed, however they are prone to adjustment with the passage of time. But you need not worry, as we will always try to offer the lowest prices in Pakistan for the best products. In case you do find an item cheaper on another reputable website (Pakistan only), please inform us and we will price match!
How do refunds work?
We only offer full-refunds if you receive a product that differs from description on our website (PakDukaan.com), or is non-functional upon arrival. You have 24 hours after receiving your product to initiate the refund process in this case. Please send us a Whatsapp or E-mail along with your order # and a brief description of the problem.
If you want to return your product for any other reasons than the ones mentioned above, you must ship the product back at your own risk to us in original condition within 7 days after delivery. You will be charged a 15% restocking fee for such returns. Used/opened items will not be eligible for refund.
How will I receive my refund?
We will send your refund via bank wire transfer.
